Injection moulding is a manufacturing process used to produce parts by injecting material into a mould. The material, typically plastic, is melted and injected under high pressure into a mould cavity. Once the material cools and solidifies, the mould opens, and the part is ejected. This process is widely used for producing high volumes of parts with consistent quality, from small components to larger, intricate designs. At the heart of the injection moulding process is the injection moulding die. This die, also referred to as an injection mould, plays a crucial role in shaping the material into the desired product.
